On Wednesday I was observing, and today i was teaching, it was so fun and i wish we could do it again on day. Naeshyns 12 Things in our Pocket. Punctuation

12 things in Mrs S’s / Mr K’s pocket / Sponge Bob Square Pants - Choose an interesting character, who you could use for this piece of writing.

Writing task:

To think of 12 things that are either in Mr S’s or Mr K’s pocket or  Sponge Bob Square Pants

Focus: Punctuation and Sentences.

Punctuation Success:

OK: All sentences have capital letters and fullstops. Example: In Sponge Bob’s pockets there was a key.

There was also a rubber.

Good: There are a range of other punctuation eg commas, question marks etc    Example In Sponge Bob’s pocket there was a telescope. Why? This is so he could see where he was going.

Excellent: I can use semicolons in a list. See example below

Example - 12 things in Sponge Bob Square Pants Pocket.

In Sponge Bob’s pocket you would find: Six crusty old crabby patties, in case he gets lost under the sea; an invite to Patrick Star’s 28th birthday party in case he forgets the address; …….

In Patricks Star’s pocket you would find: A 2 year old dried up container of glue from when he needed to glue up Sponge Bobs shoes; Spongebob's Phone number for when he's bored; a sleeping hat for when he wants to sleep over at SpongeBobs house if he has a terrible nightmare; a 4 year old krabby patty burger he was saving important encageins; SpongeBobs old crusty spatual he got for his 28th birthday; a telescope covered in tomato sauce from a old krabby patty; a leash for when he goes on walk with SpongeBob SpongeBob can leah him up so he doesn't get lost; a 2 year old goofy goober ticket for SpongeBob he hasn't given him yet; a ice cream gift card SpongeBob gave him the was expired from 2 years ago that Patrick gave him 1 year ago; a goofy goober hand because he stole it from the back when he was was performing; a invitation from sandy he never went to because he was watching the goofy goober concert; squidwards phone number so he can annoy him with spongebob when they get bored.

I think I did great!

                                                Because I have used               semicolons

                                                on all of my sentences.

Naeshyn Weekly Reflection Week 8

My Weekly Reflection for Week 8

What I learned this week was:

In Maths was how to times and divide rounded numbers

In Spelling how to spell long ¨I¨ sounds and understand them more.

Thinking about our value of responsibility, this is how I’ve been responsible this week.  I haven't left my things on the ground, I've made sure to put my stuff away.

My next steps are to do more on steps web and mathletics and get my work done faster.

My person who I think has been the most responsible this week is Holly because she is always tidy and she always gets her work done.
